How To Add An Extra 24 Hours To Your Day: Part II

Here are 3 more tricks from Stephanie J. Hale, CEO of the Millionaire Bootcamp for Women and author of Millionaire Women, Millionaire You:

1. Remember the Pareto Principle.
Roughly 80% of your rewards come from 20% of your efforts.
Ask yourself: are you using your time wisely? Do you really need
to do all that research? Are you spending too much time surfing the net?
Either automate, delegate or delete anything that's unimportant.

2. Make a 'don't do' list.
Keep track of what you are spending your time on. Ask yourself:
is this really necessary? For example, do you really need to
cook an elaborate meal every night? Why not have salad on a couple
of nights instead? Are you spending too much time on Facebook or
MySpace? Is this the best way to help you achieve your goals.

3. Delegate.
It's easy to think no one else will do things as
well as you. But something done 'ok' is better than it not being done
at all, or running yourself ragged. Draw up schedules sharing
out tasks and errands. Write simple flowcharts and checklists
for the jobs that you do - both at home or in the office. That
way, you won't need to explain yourself if a new helper comes along.

Stephanie also suggests planning ahead how you'll be spending your extra time.
Don't just fill the gap with more busyness or chores.
