The Zimbabwe Education Fund’s annual fundraiser is quickly approaching. This year's highly anticipated fundraiser will be held at the socially conscious and exquisite One Lounge, located at 1606 20th Street NW,Washington, DC (Dupont Metro) on Friday, November 19th 2010 at 7PM. Each year, ZEF hosts its charity fundraiser in Washington, DC to raise funds to address the education crisis in Zimbabwe. This annual event is meant to raise awareness about the power of education, the crippling effects of poverty, and the ground breaking work that ZEF is doing in Zimbabwe.Zimbabwe Education Fund’s 2010 annual fundraiser, Reaching Out and Beyond, will galvanize professionals in the fields of consulting, education, art, entertainment, philanthropy, and international development from all over the DC, Virginia and Maryland area with the goal of raising funds for the schools ZEF adopts in Zimbabwe.
